James Chimgolum Kelvin Odiah

James Odiah holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Master’s in Economics from Imo State University. He is a Chartered Economist (ACE) with over 20 years of experience.

An investment banker with a record in funds management, structured finance and asset management, he was elected a pioneer executive member of the Funds Managers Association of Nigeria (FMAN) in 2009.

He has been Regional Manager (Abuja) and Head of Asset Management at Spring Capital Market Plc, Head of Business Development and Strategy at 1st October Publications, and Head of the Government Securities and Treasury Bills desk at Associated Discount House, Abuja (2013–2014).

He is the Registrar of the Institute.
